Jason Lange is an ecological consultant who helps mines tackle topsoil deficits and rehabilitation costs using circular economy approaches

. In the Cobar regional mine closure project, he worked with several operating mines to model how growing media could be made from local waste streams

 

He has more than twenty years of erosion and sediment control experience with IECA and 2 decades in local government.

 

Jason is the founder of Ecocentric Services and a director of Atlas Soils, a research and development business run by three dads working out in the field how to turn waste into soil that grows things.
